My 1:1 coaching plan includes:
3 personalised workouts per week (home or gym), delivered through my coaching app
A simple nutrition plan to help you feel lean, fit, and athletic
A monthly call to review progress and update your program
Weekly check-ins for accountability and support
Ongoing support via direct messaging
And most importantly, you get ME as your coach.
