Hi, I’m Georgia!
I’m a L3 Personal Trainer, Parkour Coach and Strength Coach based in London, passionate about helping people build both physical and mental strength. With a background in strength training, calisthenics, parkour and pre and postnatal training.
Through my online coaching, I help people lose weight, keep it off, and find joy in training, especially through bodyweight movements like pull-ups, dips, and handstands.
My approach is practical and encouraging, based on real-life challenges, whether it’s getting in a workout at home, tackling gym sessions, or navigating nutrition while still enjoying life’s pleasures.
