My online coaching plan includes:

  • 3 workouts per week delivered through my coaching app

  • Detailed video tutorials and exercise descriptions

  • Personalised nutritional guidance for body composition and health

  • Monthly video call to assess your progress and fine-tune your training plan

  • Weekly check-ins via the app to keep you on track

  • Direct messaging for ongoing support, questions, and personalised feedback
